Nonprofit Organizational Assessment Consultant — Opportunity Overview

Assistance League of Sacramento is seeking a qualified consultant to conduct a comprehensive organizational assessment. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience working with nonprofit organizations, the ability to conduct neutral and confidential interviews with member-volunteers and stakeholders, and expertise in evaluating internal culture, engagement, and external community needs. We’re looking for someone skilled in designing member surveys and community needs assessments, with strong data analysis and reporting capabilities, and experience presenting findings and recommendations to a governing board. Interested consultants should submit a letter of interest describing their proposed approach, along with a statement of qualifications highlighting relevant background and past work.
