Bridging the Gap to Employment
Clothes for Careers provides clothing from Assistance League of Sacramento’s Fabulous Finds on Fulton resale shop to women who have successfully completed career re-entry programs. These women are actively seeking employment, as well as a new start in life. Acting as personal shoppers, members assist the women in choosing garments appropriate for job interviews and their anticipated work places. Each year about 80 women start a new life with a new wardrobe and new self-confidence.
